A judge in Turks and Caicos ruled that the American father, Bryan Hagerich, can return to the U.S. after paying a fine over ammunition found in his luggage.

He was the first one. My position is that they’re all similar cases and if that’s the decision make it for them all now, receive your fine money and release them. They were never going to do anywhere close to 12 years.

Everyone, even a sccatterbrained person, knows what they packed in their luggage, forgetting something happens, but packing something like ammo is not something as a gun owner You would forget you still have packed especially since he traveled outside the country

He should permanently lose his passport over this. If you can't be expected to self police your luggage or your person while abroad, or the State Department has to retrieve/save you from your stupidity in a foreign country then you should no longer be qualified to travel with a US passport.
