They are the one who chant for the whole 90 minutes, and yes, considered as the team 12th players. Ultras Malaya chant start from entering the stadium, until end of game. Maybe you can look for rules of Ultras Malaya. If i'm not mistaken, no phone, no girl allowed in their seating area.
