I love Julie’s new outfits and I can’t wait to get them. The jumpsuit is a favorite of mine- I paid too much for it but I’ve had it over a year now so I’m not too mad about the rerelease, lol. The belt on yours looks the same as the one I have so even though it’s not great, at least it didn’t get a downgrade!

I would love to see a comparison between the old and new jumpsuit but for now I’m glad to hear the belt has always been that way! You’re exactly right.. you got to enjoy it for longer and that is worth it!

I have the original Addy and Kirsten Boots and they seem similar to me. Yes that is a Snood. Tell your daughter nice video job. I am so glad for the rerelease I am waiting to see what is next. I like the shoes for the floral Jumper. I love the new outfits don't have a favorite

Evelyn, I, too, am a big Julie fan, so I'm very excited about her new outfits! I have a PC and a Beforever Addy, also. I call the Beforever Addy Esther and pretend she's the grown-up sister from the books. PC Addy looks older and wiser to me. I'm so glad AG finally figured out that collectors needed more clothing for their Historical dolls! I don't know why it didn't happen sooner, but I sure hope it continues!👏😁 Thank you for the close up look!✌️

I’m not really a Julie or Kirsten fan do I haven’t watched any reviews if their new items. I have the PC version of Addys birthday dress and also a Mattel version of Josefina’s. I was great to see these items even if I’m not collecting them. Can’t wait for the Josefina review. I really love her and her collection.

I got Julie's school outfit and skating outfit cuz they were so cute!! The barrattes and yarn hair tie are actually time period accurate, same exact kind of plastic and everything, which is really cool! Plus, those kinds of barrattes were actually popular as recently as the 90s, I remember having some as a kid. 😄 I didn't get the historical dolls or outfits because the Pleasant Company versions are much better quality, but I might get them in the future, we'll see. I absolutely LOVE that they released historical stuff though, they've been neglecting the historicals for so long! 🥺

That’s good to know about the historical accuracy of the barrettes. I’m not surprised considering some of the things I wore in my hair in the nineties. I do hope someone compares the old vs. new outfits. I’m so curious! And yes, the historical dolls have been so neglected and I’m hopeful for their future after this release.

Yes, you pronounced it right. Was wondering how hard was it to get on the the snood?It looks so perfect. I was planning to keep my Be forever Addy with her hairnet on, but definitely out of box on a shelf. But was afraid pulling the stood on would mess the back of her hair.

Phew! I googled it and thought I had it but still wasn’t super confident. Thanks for confirming! The snood was very stretchy and not hard to get on. I did snag it on her earrings a bit but it turned out OK.
