The shoes are longer because they’re pointier. Since American girl feet are blunt, the extra length on the shoe is necessary.

This review is awesome! I love the dolls that you used to model the outfits. I purchased two of these outfits as I wanted 2 of the skirts, 2 of the scarves, and two of the rings, and two of the leotards. I will definitely be using one of my Lila dolls for the day wear and one on my Barbie doll for the night look. I have two Barbie doll as I display one and keep the other in box. This outfit is gorgeous and AG did a great job. Thank you for sharing this great video.

Your review is great! Interesting choice using the. Sequins. I am excited to get mine! I think they did the shoes like that to give the pointy toe illusion, and my guess is she didn't stand well if they did a heel too. I have a longer shoe with heels, and the doll leans forward, too. She does faceplants if i don't catch her!😂

YES, shocked is exactly it, thank you! And thank you for the kind words, I was so excited about filming, I couldn't sleep the night before trying to think of all the things I wanted to make sure I captured in the video. I might not have all the answers, but love having a community to discuss these adorable dolls we all love so much!
