Omg 😳 girl ur not supposed to eat phulki right that, that's why it doesn't have falavor, the right way is that u could some water and after boiling u add phulki into the water and in like hour or so the will get little bigger so u take them out of the water than u have to create the mixture of plain yogurt and sugar mix those and add the phulki that's how ur supposed to eat it and that's why it didn't had much taste

Girl no hate but the “Phulki” is used to make dahi bare in Pakistan and you are eating it the wrong way , like it’s raw ! You have to put it in water for some minute or so , so that they become soft and then so on ! 😭btw we need more such videos ❤

5:35 Pita make some chai next then go for bakar khani, dip it in and eat as you like, it's used for breakfast mostly. For 1 cup of chai/tea you have to: •boil water •get some chai patti and add one tea spoon • add sugar as you like •cardamom seeds (1-3) •let it boil for 5 mins then add milk and boil it until bubble raise to the top of the pan. The phulki is a dish you add these in yougurt and some spice and then you eat these

13:48 okay so for phulki you have to soak them into normal water for about 5-10mins untill they're soft, and later make sweet/salty yogurt with a bit thin of consistency. You can add bananas into it if you like, it tastes divine (please use ingredients as per your taste)

Phulki we called dahi baras. You have to soak in water for about.2 hours. Then slightly press them drain tha water. But dont press them hard else they will be broken. Take yogurt put some sugar salt, little bit water whisk it. Then add somw chat masala in it. Then put those phulki in the yougurt mixture. Plus you should eat baqar khani dipped in milk tea. It will enhance its taste. We dont eat baqar khani like that.

Also, chilli milli and cocomo supremacy>>> the phulki is supposed to be soaked in lukewarm water for a bit and then the water is squeezed out. These are then paired with some yoghurt, diced tomato, diced and boiled potato, and some yum spices. The dish is called 'dahi bhallay'. Loveddd the video! ❤

About the snack: I just wanted to tell you smthn that 4:45 this thing is locally called Pateesa here and locally its sold like in round shape and just in a plastic wrapper but I haven't seen the box of it here. The dumplings that you got at 13:46 minute mark, these are to be soaked in warm.water. they puff up and get soft. Then you gotta add them to seasoned yogurt. Like whisk yogurt, add some salt and pepper, thin the yogurt out a little and then have it wirh some sweet and tangy chutney, top it up with those chillz chips

Okay, the video was amazing but would recommend that while eating the cookies/ biscuits next time you should make yourself a cup of chai, like authentic chai. And a few recommendations for snacks could be, Sooper Biscuit, like that's more like a legacy snack😂 Party by Peek Freans Peanut Pik Pista Pik Click, it will give you that cumin vibes, you'll like it Rite biscuit, it's like a biscuit that my mother says, oreo of her time. Prince Biscuit Day dream, more of a premium version of chocolatto but in coffee flavour And many more but these are some good recommendations for biscuits, While, if thinking about some chips kinda situation, Kurkure (Like Red and Black ones are spicy, green gives you a nice kick in a good way) Lays Slanty by Kolson (Ultimate Childhood Snack, Red one is amazing, but the blue one is preferred for children here) Folds by Kolson is also good So, yeah these are some few things you can try, there are like many more but just telling you few I can recall at the moment.
