Thank you for showing us this set! I hadn’t seen a review of it yet. There are a lot of pieces to it and AG didn’t cheap out and junky include one leo or knew set of ballet slippers. I really like the hip hop dance outfit. It is very sparkly and shiny. Again, it’s great that AG didn’t cheap out and included the sparkly fabric around to the backside (I’m still salty over those grey sparkly mix and match pants from a couple years ago with sparkles only on the front). It’s always fun to shop with a friend. I finally got to the Chicago store this spring when my husband had a game convention in the city. It’s a BIG beautiful store. I could have spent all day in there, but the friend I was with is not a doll person.

Thank you for watching and commenting. It is a beautiful set. I love the Chicago store. We were in Chicago for a week so I was able to get back to the store a few times. The displays are so detailed! I took so many photos and videos to make reels/shorts. I have had time to share them all yet.

Beautiful set, love the sequins & purples etc. The thing holding me back was the price point. Maybe the lady thought you were mostly interested in the doll, & that is why she offered the other at a lower price point. That set is very beautiful though, you are lucky to have it! Hopefully you cashed in a coupon, lol! I love Saige too, gorgeous doll. Also, I have my eye on the blond Jess mold doll. I wish they would come out with some new Jess mold dolls, love that mold. Thank you! The sales lady suggested that I do the new styled by you experience where I would pick a doll, add an outfit from a small selection, and then add accessories, or a pet. That was not at all what I wanted. It was not any cheaper either. I would have gotten a duplicate meet outfit too. My husband showed her an old photo of my collection and explained that I was a collector. I knew what I wanted. She was very nice. At that point, she said that I knew more about AG than she did and suggested that I work there. The Jess mold is very cute.

@@sew4dolls Oh, I see, happy shopping then, lol! The dance set is definitely a very very pretty set & you are lucky! I thought the sales lady said you could get a TM basic one for $115. in a similar mold. I thought maybe she was trying to save you money if you just wanted the doll. Some people are just focused on getting a particular doll (newer collectors). You are a more advanced collector though. I am glad you were able to get a nice one. Too bad you didn’t have a lot of time at the Chicago store. But, the main thing is that you arrived & departed safely, met up with a friend, and got your dolly!

@@Danny-gp6jn Thank you! I was in Chicago for a week for a business trip so I was able to get back to the store a few times. I just missed out on the first afternoon that I had planned to spend there leisurely choosing a new doll. I made a fast choice instead that day!

I purchased that set but elected to get the one with #127 as I had the other dolls already and she was the first doll 127 that her eyes looked good. I was really going to get something else but the set was so cute and it was the first time I found that doll looking great. I am so glad I got the set it is really adorable. Thank you for sharing. Now to dress my 117 as I loved your doll in the outfits and 127 can have the new Christmas Janie and Jack instead. Thank you

@@sew4dolls New Zealand and I will be staying with my friend in buckhead Georgia I went to the Orlando store last time I was over which was last year. I can let you know closer to the time I am not booking flights till next year. It’s going to be so fun. ❤️ your channel. Mine needs work I get a little slack doing videos.
