Well unfortunately you know I can't go back anytime soon until I get approved to travel. So i'm just going to have to do without 🥲. At least for now. But that's probably for the best anyways as we shouldn't be eating too much of any of these things. The one's that I really like though I put them in mini Ziploc bags and did have at them in the days following haha.

Yes you know we always try our best to if nothing else to never miss a Sunday Post! It's funny that no matter how much I might not like a few of these snacks I still get occasional cravings for it especially if i'm missing home, no matter how bad they are 😆. Hello guys! I enjoyed this video, finding very interesting the various Caribbean snacks that are similar to what we've grown up with in the states. I am curious to know, though, if these snacks have more nutritional value than what we are accustomed to.

Hey Shelton 👋🏽. Glad you enjoyed it, and got the opportunity to learn about the different snacks we have in the Caribbean. Well as for the nutritional value I don’t think there is a huge difference if any. For some of the more natural snacks it might be better just purely for the fact that it isn’t processed. But probably not a huge difference calorie wise.

Thanks brother copes! Yes I probably should have had him do that. It might be hard for Brian to do it back to me though as you know we are kind of used to American snacks, so it would be hard for him to find something I don’t already know.
