I saw the title of this video and I have to make a comment - haven’t started the video yet - I know the ending. The REAL Winner in 2009 was Adam. Coming in second was the best thing that happened to him (in this case). He only had to tour with AI for a short time, then he was free. He wasn’t obligated to do what AI wanted, ever!! The difference is that Adam has a lot of charisma and personality that why he was successful. You don't need to win some talent show to be a successful singer. You don't heard a lot about previous winners because even though they had talent to be a real successful artist you need more than that.

AI should do this: let people vote and the botton 2 sing for their life and the judges choces who is eliminated and so on until the final 2 and the judges decides who is the winner. Kris only won AI due to a fix .... they knew that Adam Lambert would sell millions with or without winning the show ...the only reason kris won was because he needed the publicity that winning would bring -therefore if they let kris win then they could make money out of both of them ,which they wouldn't have if adam won it and kris came second ... that's my theory anyway !

The truth is that Adam didn't want to win the competition and be strapped in for a year to do all of AI's bidding. He already had so many offers from record companies. Him losing was the best thing that ever happened to him because it skyrocketed him to stardom. Who the fuck is Kris anyway??? Where is he and what has he done since? I'm so glad you lost Adam. You did the right thing by refusing to win.
