Honestly , I wish non Indians would try different dishes other than the stereotypical naan , butter chicken , etc. India has such diversity in its cuisine and it pisses me off how only a few dishes get all the global recognition and the rest of Indian cuisine is not even given the recognition it deserves. What about North East Indian cuisine? How about Goan cuisine? Or even Kashmiri Cuisine??
