A lot of those men that were released the other day, their eyes showed broken souls, regardless if they were jogging, hobbling, or wandering aimlessly. A few looked further gone than shell shocked. And they don't have the resources now for those who forgot how to take care of themselves, so those will be the ones that will create more issues with petty crimes as they need mental health hospitalization or 24 hour supported housing with medical care and social services wrapped around them.

The only reason why he wasn't tortured was because he entered for a religious pilgrimage as an American, and the fact that the US had no direct involvement in Syria since Obama bowed out. If he was an American reporter, who reported in a way that made the Assad regime look bad, he probably wouldn't have been as lucky. All really depended on which prisons they were sent to.

You must not be a Christian then, but you speak as if you are. Syria/Aram is one of the first places to have a Christian community in the world, and it has many connections in the Bible. While Jesus visited Syria/Aram, he appointed one of his Apostles Peter, the first Pope ever. Southwestern Syria is part of what we consider the “Holy Land” along with Israel, Palestinian territories, Lebanon, and Western Jordan.

Microsoft Copilot answer How much does 113 billion dollars weigh? That’s a fascinating question! The weight of money depends on the denomination of the bills or coins. For simplicity, let’s assume that we are talking about 113 billion dollars in $100 bills. A $100 bill weighs about 1 gram. So, let's do the math: 113 billion dollars would be equivalent to 1.13 billion $100 bills. 1.13 billion grams is 1.13 million kilograms or about 1,130 metric tons. That's roughly equivalent to the weight of around 815 compact cars! If you prefer to think in terms of coins or other denominations, the calculations would be different. Do you want to explore another scenario?😁

Probably CIA agent overseeing the transportation of Western prisoners to Assad for torture, very clever to hide in prison and pretend to be a captive. Imagine no one in the world for so long time not even his own family and friends reported him missing lol, Muslims are so fing naive today it's incredible.
