It’s an amazing piece of history and a beautiful place to explore. 360 degree views of Pensacola Bay and the Gulf Of Mexico, white sand, clear water, dolphins, Osprey eating mullet in the trees, frogs camouflaged in the bushes, cactus with thorns big and sharp enough to go through your shoes and into your foot, wild rosemary growing everywhere, several edible mushrooms and a few that could end you, crickets constantly singing, a large network of connected underground bunkers, and possibly an old hand carved tombstone.
