I was 18 and in my senior year of high school when this first came out. I remember back then this movie was such a big deal and talked about all over. Of course they made a few more after the first one, but as the years have gone by it's one of those popular but forgotten films. Mainly because people move on to other things.

@@isolirionband7300 - That is true about the jokes in the American Pie movies wouldn't be acceptable in today's time. Not because they're not funny but certain people in society have seemed to come full circle back to the old days where certain groups are very particular and judgmental about these things when it comes to social media and Hollywood. Almost as if we're living in the 1950s and before all over again. But like everything else it will turn itself right back around and be acceptable all over again. The same way clothing and everything else does.
