this is deffo not DnB, its UK Rap we just combine a lot of genres. this whole song and video is based on the London Riots in 2011 but also made a whole movie which this project supports. but also i recommend watching Charamine by him

Pure legend plan b he smashed the scene in his day . His albums are still better than most I'd rather listen to them than today's albums no doubt Who needs actions when you've got words & The defamation of strickland banks (Strickland banks is his alter ego ) And he did the soundtrack Ill manor's for the film he made called Ill manor's

The beat is definitely drum and bass but i would definitely say he is raping over the beat. The UK music scene has a history of MC's rhyming over rave, dance, garage, jungle, dub step and drum n bass beats. Most Brits would be happy with this track being in both genres at the same time.

This is the banger on album, check out Drug Dealer for a more lyric based song from this album. All his songs sound better in the context of their albums. He’s just one of those artists, no one song will convince you, but anyone you listens to a full album falls in love.

Im glad you mentioned Akala coz much as i do really like ill manors production values plan b blatently stole Akalas flow and cadence for this one its shameful.. particularly as plan b was already mainstream and Akala is authentically underground
