This brings back so many memories during Basic Training except i joined the Army. What EZ said about those shots was so true. You basically walk on single file line while a bunch of military medics from your right side and left take turns at giving you shots. One shot had 4 needles on it. All these shots and you hope your body can take it with no issues. Apparently, Ez's body rejected it. Such great story telling!

Love this track. Sadly, some young people sign up in the airforce glamourizing the cool factor of wearing the uniform like it's some Tom Cruise Top Gun movie. This song gives you the real deal of what it's really like. Ez did it cause at that time his music wasn't making enough money yet and he needed another option to better financially support his family. I'm sure he felt like crap at the time not making it, but thank God his immune system saved him because he was destined for something else. ❤

The first time I heard this song was 2019 or 20 I just broke down a little bit. But I went through that shit. I went through it all in 2016. Medhold wasn't a joke so now when I see people always going to leave to go to the Air Force I always tell them not to go to Reid cause that's where careers go to die. I think Ez was a little after me but even then like he's definitely doing the best of all the people that didn't make it outside of Gregg Popavich.
