But there’s another reference here. Phantom as is Phantom of the opera. He’s a disfigured musical genius who is not taken seriously because of his appearance. Bas was not taken seriously because of his age. Someone playing the role of the phantom gets to go on stage in prestigious theatres in an amphitheater and when they look up at the roof, they see celebrities watching them. Stars! This is by far the coldest damn line. There is no other rapper who are able to add this detail into lyrics. I mean ever. Honestly. This line is both gangsta ‘and’ eloquent

Nice catch man, I love watching reaction to these bad boys because I miss some of the references, and that's a great one. Another cheeky one is in the "SIndhu Sesh" where he goes "I dream like Martin Luther, fall asleep to the sound of the Hoover" (Edgar Hoover who hated MLK), then he finishes the bars with "Black or white, we can be brothers" like MLKs speech, gnarly bars.
