ZA stands for Zuid-Afrika. Which is the Deutsche version of South Africa. South Africa is a Deutsche colony

They truly deserve it. That’s what I want to do with this channel. Is to become the bridge for international talent to come to America. If my country was not so xenophobic a lot of our domestic talent couldn’t deal with participation in a global music industry.

The words you hearing that are not English at the beginning and 5:30 are in Zulu...He said "Into oyaziyo" directrly translated "The only thing you know" is to zzz zzz on me sleep on me (zzz zzz from sleeping emoji's). By the way, South African rappers mainly mix english with Zulu or visa versa (also Sotho and Xhosa which are south african languages)

At 5:55 (after making a reference to liking strippers) he says "money we spend at Summit is a lot when we sum it up". Summit is one of the famous stripper clubs in Johannesburg. This whole song is a punch line after punch line if you understand South African culture. In Fact, all Touchline songs (Just like Reason) are infested with punchlines but you wont get it fi you don't understand the south african culture and current events

It’s ZA because it’s derived from its original Dutch/Afrikaans language which was considered an official language before the country achieved its independence in the late 90s So ZA means Zuid-Afrika in Dutch/Afrikaans SA is just the English abbreviation of the word but whichever one is correct although the Afrikaans version is the most used
@Jurnalist_2 жыл бұрын
I want to use the version my people prefer. Like speaking Brasil with an S not a Z is the correct way. So I wish I use ZA like you guys but now I know why it’s chosen and used thank you very much.

@@Jurnalist_ okay before you react to that song lemme tell you this.. Like I told you on that Flvme video...Reece, Flvme and other niggas...were on a Crew called THE WRECKING CREW (TWC) BACK STARTED BACK IN 2017 AFTER Reece and Flvme left the label they were on ..... they were close friends and were the ones who were the reason TWC was known...they has some records together...fast forward...Flvme, mellow and ecco left TWC with an intention to explore more in the industry and work with more artists....so that Reece and other member of the TwC didn't receive that well and they dissed them ..soo that's what the song is about....most people felt like Flvme used Reeece since flvme said on an interview, he was with Reece only to learn new things he didn't know and now he has confidence of standing on his own without anybody....that's what the feud is bout and all that stuff....hope it makes sense even tho I tried summarizing it ..

Yoh so South Africa has 12 official languages and one of our official languages is Afrikaans which is a "variation" of Dutch. Dutch was considered an official language in South Africa until 1961. and they kinda changed it to Afrikaans in 1983. so ZA is an abbreviation of Dutch Zuid-Afrika which means South Africa in English

I haven’t given up on him as he is a new artist to me so I cannot say I have heard the full scope of what he has to offer but he has yet to impress me and compared to the other talent in the region. Proverb and Casper are at the bottom of that list. Not saying they are bad or wack by any means just that’s the lowest bar set so far in ZA to me and touch has yet to meet or surpass that. Lucas raps is right above pro and Casper to me.

I'm not trying to Americanize anyone's music. I give it its space to be what it is. But to act like these kids who are clearly younger than the examples I use weren't influenced by them is just being fake so we can say they are their own people.
