It's really nice that you get to introduce Filipino dishes to your co-workers. We do have lemon and lime, only not commonly used by others. Calamansi is locally produced. And about the bone, we can boil the chicken separately and then use the broth, then de-bone the chicken, because some finds it not appetizing, unlike us, we can go both ways.

I agree to those who doesn't put calamansi in Arroz Caldo. it definitely changes the real and natural flavor of the Arroz Caldo that is gingery and garlicky. and I would also like to recommend next time try to prepare the egg without the shell and cut in half. instead of giving away the boiled egg with the shell. and it's more presentable to put the egg in 2 halves, showing the 2 halves of the egg yolk.

May trabaho kasi si Ate kaya wala nang time magtalop. Hindi naman for sale yan kaya sila na magtalop.

In Bicol we don't put too much "lemoncito" to our dishes, because it usually overpowers the spices. Calamansi is very strong, if you happen to use many of it, it will erase the flavor and you will only taste sourness.

I love calamansi in everything. It's never "too powerful". More calamansi, the better it gets.

buti madam kahit englishan kayo dayn, kapag nagtagalog ka, malinaw pa din at walang bahid english accent, , maganda kang magsalita malinaw at hindi maarte hindi gaya ng iba ilang taon pa lang sa dito sa canda, eh hindi na daw sila marunong magtagalog at mas OA pang mag english kesa mga canadian, salute ako sa'yo hindi lang sa pag introduce mo ng pagkain, kundi pati na din sa hindi mo kinakalimutan ang pagtatagalog ang anak ko born canadian 100% pinoy pero fluent magtagalog at candaian accent ang english niya. iyon nga lang dahil may peanut allergy siya, hindi namin siya mapakain ng pagkain natin pili lang ang kinakain niya, kaya hindi kami naghahanda sa birthday niya dahil kami lang din naman ng asawa ko ang kakain, dahil ang pedia niya noong maliit pa siya ay sinabihan siya na huwag kakain kahit ano kapag wala siya sa bahay, kaya hayan, chicken nuggets at fries lang ang kinakain niya , kaya kahit gusto naming kumain sa buffet or ibang resto, ang ending namin mcdo na lang palagi, kahit uyam na kami. sorry nai-sahre ko lang naman,
