the format is fine. i agree about the sweet potato pie as well. it will do if the pumpkin pie isn't available i guess. just bring on more whipped cream to mask the sweet potato pie taste. i do like the sweet potato in its own dish with the marshmallows. but not in a pie. it is like it is trying to be a mock pumpkin pie.
