Not true. Grundgesetz Article 5 subsection 1: Everyone has the right to freely express and distribute their opinion in speech, writing and image [...] Censorship does not occur. If the police can prove that the drugs and weapons shown in their videos are in fact theirs they may be subject to criminal charges. But the depiction of such things in itself is not a crime in germany and as long as our constitution stays the way it is, it never will be. Most TV stations however will likely blur this shit though.
