It’s the same line Mansa, It goes like “Dali wami ngicela ukhulume iqiniso kuwe dali” which means “My love please speak the truth” well the song is about him having 3 girlfriends and they all cheated on him, he went to the clinic because he was sick, when he got there he found out he is HIV +, he went home to his girlfriends asking them 1 by 1, begging them to tell the truth, which is how many people did they cheat on him with.

Ngafa means dying. The song is about hiv and aids. It came out in 2003/2004. During that time hiv medication wasn't available as it is now and many people died. Many people also had no education on hiv hence our death rate was very high. It was bad. Hence this song was made.
