You really, really have to watch "Derek" and "Afterlife". I've just watched the third series of Afterlife and the entirety of Derek (for the 4th time). Ricky is genius. He can have you bellowing with laughter one minute, then sobbing the next. Nothing has done that to me since "Scrubs". We love Ricky.

I went to see him in Leeds last year recording some material for his upcoming Netflix show: "Super Nature". He was brilliant 👏 It's the first time I've ever been to a famous comedian's big gig, I wasn't disappointed. I laughed for nearly an hour and a half. He had a can of Fosters then. One of the worst beers in the world along with Carling.

He’s hosted these awards like 5 times and does the same stuff. This room is one that could do to hear his roasts. 2020 just had plenty of great material. Comedy gold And yeah, the Golden Globes are basically the lowest/lamest academy award for movies/tv.

If you haven’t seen any of Ricky Gervais’ masterpieces yet, I really suggest you do! The Office is the OG, Derek is the most heartwarming, funny and weird show, and afterlife is just incredible, albeit slightly depressing if you’re sensitive. He has so many more amazing things than this, but these are the best.

The Invention of Lying is amazing, amazingly crap! He wrote, directed and starred in that piece of sh*t! The best stuff he ever did relied on Stephen Merchant and Karl Pilkington, and they have refused to work with him for the last 10 years!
