This is Atlantis waterpark in Dubai. They filmed it the morning after Deji’s fight with Mayweather - hence the two hours of sleep. They filmed it early (like 7-10) before the park opened to the public. They only did the hide and seek in a tiny portion of the park - the full park is huge and has dolphins and sharks (one of the rides has tubes going through the shark tank.)

I am pretty sure they've got waterparks in England. We have lots of waterparks in Sweden, and we are in a lot colder climate than them, so no reason why they wouldn't have them.
