St. Petersburg is definitely one the most underrated big cities in Europe, it was the capital of the Russian Empire

Sun don't set up at nights in Saint petersburg, that's why it called The City of White Nights. Suppose this video is nade at night :)

Most our major bridges are open at night between 2am and 5am. There's even official timetable published in spring so people would know when to cross them. Getting strangled on the wrong side of Neva river is something like a right of passage :)
