Yes, I think the “tomorrow” is never what one expects it to be, but it’s fascinating what an optimistic vision of the future they had in those times.

I don't know if you've played Fallout 3 or Bioshock but those 2 games have a heavy inspiration from the designs of this time period. Very cool to see the real world items though.

Buddy, when they made something in the 30's and 40's, they made it to last, I bet 90% of all that stuff in the video still works today. Everything now days are made out of plastic and cheap (Soft) screws. It's truly a shame, todays manufacturers should be ashamed of what they're making.
