American Tries Indian Street Food in Chandni Chowk! This is my first visit to India, and I was dying to try the famous Indian street food. My friend Mili took me to Chandni Chowk, which is Old Delhi and there we went on an all out Indian Street Food tour!
During my first day in India, I decided to go nuts and eat as many Indian street food dishes as possible! Besides eating we also saw the Red Fort, Connaught Place and some of the main attractions in Old Delhi.
Here are all the Indian street food dishes we tried:
-Chilly paratha
-Potato paratha
-Paneer paratha
-Lassi
-Aloo Kachodi
-Jalebi with rabddi
-Chai
-Falooda
-Fire and Ice Paan
Overall I was blown away by the Indian Street Food in Delhi, it's so good!!! Remember you should take a Pepto before breakfast and before lunch while eating Indian street food. You don't want to get sick!

I'm from United Kingdom and it was my first drip to Delhi... Iv been to India many times but Delhi won me over on the first day. Canought place.. Taj mahal.. Red Ford AGRA.. Chandni chawk..aero city as well as all the malls are just awsum places to visit...street food is delicious.. If anyone's goes Delhi... Try tawah chicken with butter naan... Delicious.

In terms of food and delicacies, Delhi has no comparison. Kolkata food is so much sweet. Everything has a kind of sweetness in it. Even if you go out to eat some non-veg food, you'll find that it is very less spicy and rather sweetish... Kolkata is the sweet capital of India.. If you wanna try out really amazing variety of exotic sweets then Kolkata has no comparison.. But overall, including all the parameters of judging food, Delhi is far far far ahead!!!!
