發酵而產生異味的食物，在每個文化裡面都有：西方的藍紋乳酪，北歐的醃魚，日本的某些醃製食品，東南亞印度的某些地方食品，都有臭味，這是因為保存手段產生的味道，但最後到了食物不缺乏的時代這項東西還存在，還被食用，大概也是人除了一般的酸甜苦辣鹹，有時也會想要嘗點極端的味道，也許可以提振精神刺激味蕾，也許可以使人甦醒，不論如何，都是人類世界的一部分。

Funny that you can say "Stinky Tofu" is an acquired taste, but I had never had any problem to take it the first time when I was a kid. I was just happy to eat anything, LOL.

@@ColeFogle用筷子的境界是吃鹽炒花生米，點夾，吃皮蛋豆腐，捧舉，吃魚頭，夾、分、挑魚刺這三項可以準確吃的話，一般食物都不是問題。
