The 49x is my favorite truck in Snowrunner. With AWD, Difflock, off-road tires, and an off-road gearbox this truck is a beast.

I thought the new trucks for snowrunner were garbage and a cash grab as micha said, but when I watched you actually use them in your video I was impressed in what they actually are capable of doing.

I know that I was one of the ones that said why in the world would they bring a non-all wheel drive truck to snow runner 😅 but in my defense I always looked at payed DLC as things that help you in the game otherwise it feels a little cash grabby but you make a fair point that some people want them to give them an extra challenge. Although looking at the Xbox store reviews there are a lot of people upset they pay the money for them and they don’t have four-wheel-drive. Maybe if they disclosed (these trucks are only capable in Michigan) 🤷‍♂️

I would say they are good for Michigan, Alaska, and part of other maps. They would be good on a lot of big salmon peak, but not on the first yukon map. They would also do well in most of Wisconson, just not the swampy village section.

1000$ or 500$ for tires could be what makes up the difference between you ending up in a wheelchair or walk away unscaved from an accident. I've experienced how dangerous it is to drive on bad tires in the winter,since I live in Norway. Americans always tells me how they know all about winter.......but when I meet americans along the roads on holiday etc during the winter most of them are scared shitless. Norway is a CHALLENGING place to drive in the winter, and takes years of training to master correctly. So yes. We all make mistakes. I will make some clips this winter and publish either here on YT or at Facebook or both........you'll see😉😉

It all depends on the tread too. My 1000 dollar sport tires had almost no tread, they were meant for summer roads. These new tires, although cheaper have a much more aggressive tread. And yeah, driving here in the snow is like bad for a few hours until the trucks get out. At worst the roads are bad for a day or two. Norway gets buried alive lol

Your car has a computer that will tell you when to change. If it’s full synthetic you can go 10k easy.

Mine just goes on set miles (doesn't check the oil life). I have it set to flag me every 5k. But that isnt' bad because with these sport tires I need to rotate every 5 anyway.
