Good video. I'm definitely adding these mods. A note about the parking mod, I'd love to see a mod that adds more dynamic parking depending on the time of day. As a former OTR driver, I can say that truck stops fill up at night. It would be a nice challenge to see mostly full stops at night where you need to back in between two semis without hitting them. Good practice.

Seriously? That hiss and lisp thing the AI voices do to simulate a human "taking a breath" and the very specific constant cadence always sounds more robotic to me than some of the generic synth text to speech. I think what makes the AI voices so offensive is how close they come to sounding "human" but... aren't. It makes it feel creepy in a way synth voices don't.

a California stop is refereed to as a farmers stop in most of the states i have never seen a farm truck come to a contemplate stop before unless they had to lol

Is there any mod to synchronize real time with the game?

I think there’s one that makes the clock real time but doesn’t sync with system.

good camera mod for camera away key 2 on keyb can't seem to find one good one anyway for ATS v1.50.x so when driving outside of truck your camera is not sitting on the back of the bumper per say just to close to truck and trailer outside driving to you can see more while driving truck

@@71Gaming Ya I have one but seems to not work. But I checked my files to the base and def slight couple of changes but still not working my mod has always worked up until 1.47-1.48 then I quit playing for awhile came back to 1.50 going into 1.51 mod no longer work but my files match there and the dir structure and my edits so not sure but if you do find Camera Away mod by hitting 2 on the keyb for game version 1.50-1.51.x let me know thanks for your reply

When in Cam 2 you can use your mouse wheel to change the distance. But only a little bit.

I just started playing ats few weeks ago and tbh the thing i struggled with the most was figuring out the proper mod load order after a lot of trial and error i got my 40 mods to work lol.

@@Wardwoodd yeah mod orders can be tricky at first. But a lot of mods are independent and the order doesn’t really matter for them.

Well..Point after point. Summary from real truck driver :D 1. You dont need it. In game is from long time improoved and finally its realy quite realistic. 2. Emmm...Not sure, but this thing is in Cascadia. Anyway, I never need to pause game for checking fuel level :) 3. Mhm...Realistic...Of course...4. i never was in USa so...A matter of taste :) 5. Its many variations of this mod and some of are good and some not. problem is..In one place everything is better in other You see grass on road which of coure is issue. No thanx. 6. Ou this mod will be great. It is really needed. of course works in totaly oposite to this what in game is. In game evvery driver stops and with mod no one ever stops. Bit unrealistic but for sure with higher quality of life in game :D 7. Like i said - never was in USA so...shorts, colours..for now nothing helps to quick orientation where i am :D IO - Iowa, ok, CA- California, OH - Ohio..And im even not an american sooo...maybe more people should learn something about their own contry :D Anyway - this mod does't exist anymore in workshop. 8. Most shity mod all time. So unrealistic as hell and what is funny, everyone have options to use and build your own realism. This mod changes only brakes and chassis to less roesponsible, weaker and softer. but...Breaks are toooooo weak. maybe in truck from 80 its ok. Susspension is much tooo soft and works just idiotic, when you consider that your truck, rides something about 15-20mph with 15tons load almost crashes at almost every turn and bend of the road. Mostly almost flip on...Ridiculous. 9. this one as less from this set is really good. i use it since exists be couse its real improovement and give more realism to the game. 10. Yep this one is also very good and playing wthout its just no more possible. Also this small mod with parking places is very good.

@@71Gaming The AIs inability to see you as it enters the freeway has always been a huge problem. That I need a mod to fix the headlights 7 years later supports my argument,. lol.
