A lot of people wonder why we don’t wear helmets ever when we vault, it’s because we could injure the horse or our partner, plus it throws off our balance.

It looks so cool 😉 i don't know if I want to do it or gymnastics 😖

in Europe we have to do a sort of weird bouncy run thing gion into the arena which you don't seem to have to do
@Corgigirl9016 жыл бұрын
This also looks so much more calm than the European performances I've seen. The European ones often look so rushed, hurrying from one postion into the next and barely holding the different figures for a sec. Why don't they take more time for their performance (the girl in the vid is good)? Or do they have to make it quick, because otherwise it gets too strenuous for the horse?
@kaschakanofski69885 жыл бұрын
ShyFeli these were the compulsories so they have to hold them for 4 strides

It looks a little easy, but I know it's not, and that it takes LOTS of practice. :)

Better Than Rubies it looks really easy and trust me it exaughting as eu Ning a marathon hard as rock takes as much practice as learning to fly but beautiful af

Misseltoe Slater it is not. I bet you haven’t even mounted the horse at a canter so you can stfu. If you’ve been vaulting for more than 2 days you would know that it’s complicated.

thats an opinion this sport is not about throughing your self into scary moves its about doing then with perfect for and how you round your back point your toes and land mount and how long you would moves and we are juged in trick riding its just for entertainment]
@zoe53174 жыл бұрын
Personally, I think this is way cooler! It looks way more technical and seems to require much more strength and accuracy.
@thepowerpixie42139 жыл бұрын
um.... nice but it was easy and the horse bucked

it bucked 😐 she grazed his flanks before dismounting. It was more of a "whoa hey that tickles!" buck
@Corgigirl9016 жыл бұрын
Is this a mare? I watched quite a bit of vaulting and whenever a horse bucks, I noticed it's almost always a mare. I think it's because they're more sensitive in their croup area. I have a mare too, and especially when she's in heat, she doesn't like to be touched in her hind area. For vaulting, I'd use a gelding.
