I learned in Psychology that Asian counties have a group mentality where people tend to grow up and follow the group and feel heavily influenced by groups. While Western countries tend to have an Individualist mentality. We tend to rely on ourselves and the people around us more and less about the total population that's why in the West the way we dress is more diverse while in Asia like in Korea for example Korean men tend to have a similar haircut and style.

@Honeybun La Honestly BOTH cultures are heavily influenced by pop culture, rather that's pop culture from the east or west- it's just manifested slightly different. Like in SK someone will take a picture of an idol wearing something and like the next day there are reproductions of EVERY bit of that outfit from the hat, bag, shirt, etc., on the shelves so that people can rush out to buy it...and while I'm not a stripper and have never been, nor do I plan to be, I don't think that being a stripper is the worst thing ever and tbh, I don't think it was ever really considered the worst thing ever- I mean people didn't go around bragging that they were a stripper, but I also don't hear a lot of people bragging to be a garbage pick up person or hell even a food service worker (which is very similar to being a stripper).
@m___2454
@m___2454 4 жыл бұрын
@Honeybun La I agree with @sexyeria In Korea celebrities are called idols because over there celebrities are basically the blueprint. I do fully agree both countries like to follow trend however in the west some people dress maybe goth, or like a skater boy or like an insta-baddie etc. Based on what I see most Koreans actually do follow the same trends as it's more socially acceptable like I said a more group mentality. We do follow trends in the West too I just don't think maybe to such an extent.

@@thatchixsister LOL yeah the Green Lines (4,5 and 6) are so annoying as well when you are coming in from the Bronx into Manhattan. I used to take those when I lived in the Bronx and I would let two or three of them pass so I could get into a semi-empty one for a seat. Annoying, but they are quick. Literally can go from the Bronx to 42nd in like 25 minutes if there are no delays or anyone holding the doors with how many stops the 4 and 5 skips compared to the 2 and 3 trains.

fr I'm kind of jelly of how Koreans tend to show more affection to their friends. there was many times when I wanted to hug my friends or tell them how i feel about them or even kiss their cheeks but i was so scared to do it. I've always wanted to hold my best friends hand but people at my school think that's gay. and one time out of no where I wanted to kiss my best friends cheeks because she was so adorable, but again i didn't wanted to be judged by others. i am 100% straight, but i wish my friends and i had more skinship because i love them so much. they're like my siblings

well by rules of perspective the things that are in the background and smaller are far away and the objects that are bigger are in front and in the main part :) So C, but by looking at the letters A, B, C it would make you think that A is the first letter so it should be A the answer... it depends on how you read the info.

"In front" & "Closest" aren't always the same position. Because the question posed was "Which one is in front?" I chose "A." First, it was labeled "A," & the labeling was consecutive; in order. I then assumed that I could be viewing the scene as if I was in position "D," & that the saucers were heading away from me; again, securing A's position as in the front. If the question was "Which one is the closest," then of course the answer would be "C," but that wouldn't mean it's in front.
