Great points you bring up in comparisons to the Ranger and Defender. As you know, I own the 2023 Defender Max Limited and love it. I think with all these machines they each have their pluses and minus’s. For my use case as a hunter etc., I don’t like the center console in the Expedition because I like the gun rack I have mounted under the center seat of my Defender that I can flip up to use when I want. I really like the shocks in the Expedition but again, for my use case I am not sure $3-4k more would make it worth it for me as I am not unhappy with the stock ones now. I really like the center screen and the built in stereo and wish my Defender had that for sure. I could go on but I think you are right in that if a person is a hardcore trail rider, the Expedition is probably a little better machine while as if you do work with one, the Defender or Ranger is probably a better fit. Is it a $10k better machine, well, for me it is not but for a lot of guys it will be a great fit. Enjoy it and have a great Labor Day weekend!

Both two and four seaters have advantages. Two seaters tend to not bottom out as much as you said, but they will not hill climb as well as a four seater. I never understood people getting these. they are so big, you can only really take them down vehicle trails. so you would be better off getting a jeep that’s also road legal, has ac heat an all that, an still be cheaper than these that are like $50,000-$60,000. But hey that’s just me lol.
@americandream_89 Жыл бұрын
I fully understand your thought process. But these will go so many more places than a jeep. Also ride better and drive better in every scenario. a jeep wheel travel is no comparison to this so when you’re hitting bumps at high speeds, this thing soaks them up where a jeep would throw you out the roof. This also has heat and air conditioning in it but is not Rd legal

As long as people keep spending ridiculous amounts of money on these things, they will remain way over priced. So many are so easily brainwashed

The price is crazy and still so noisy while riding in it!
@americandream_89 Жыл бұрын
What are you comparing the price to? It’s loud over 20 for sure but the same as any open cab unit
@DDrenegade6632 Жыл бұрын
I was surprised to hear you say the cab is smaller then a defender. It looks huge in the videos.
@americandream_89 Жыл бұрын
Just think of it this way when you get in a higher in truck it comes from five seats to six so the console and everything is right beside you whereas in the defender it’s a completely open cab.

It’s polar opposite of that. Definitely a trail machine. In what Little? I’ve drove it on the road. It’s loud at high RPM. Running 50.

Overpriced, but some find value. I personally think Polaris is junk, but someone else may have had a different experience.

It’s selling, dealers thus far can’t keep them in stock. The machine is impressive but they are overpriced for sure
