@@animex8129 well not exactly, but as per my limited knowledge yes, it was my mistake to generalize the whole north keeping Delhi Bihar and some parts. You see the north people doesn't follow rules as much as the south comparatively. I have seen it with my own eyes. Be it in hygiene, mannerisms, etc.

Even north indians dont like delhi and just like south every north indian state has different culture and languages let me tell you a fun part its all just game of perspective for south indian north india is dirty , but for the actual north states like ladakh ,j&k whole india from delhi to south india is dirty same goes for north east for them rest of india is also dirty without manners and same with rajasthan, punjab and haryana they consider rest of india inferior to them and same with south indians they consider rest of india dirty and mannerless i am not saying that you dont have right to criticise your fellow states but its just that criticise infron of your people not foreigners this is like inviting a third party in a quarrel b/w two brothers and in past history this has never done any good .
