This is the first mv filmed by robot armed camera n ONF danced for 16 consecutive hours to make perfect transition in mv. Moreover, remember every member in ONF is humanoids in mv n fighting with AI robots. So maybe this mv shows that they realized their id to be humanoids. That's my guess.

No this is not the first MV, ONF did it before on "Complete" MV, that was 2018.

@@n0-n4m3e The company that makes the camera arm (Camera Control) actually uses the Complete video as a demo on their web site. WM Entertainment like to use the Bolt camera arm a lot; they also used it in Oh My Girl's Bungee video.

They achieved the smooth transitions in this video by using a robotic camera arm to film, and ONF members had to stand on the same spot while each segment of the video was being processed. Apparently it took 16 hours long that E-TION's legs gave out and he fell on his butt. I think the whole thing is just amazing. Thank you for this video, I love ONF and thoroughly enjoyed your reactions💖💖💖 Yeah it would be awesome if they sold those Jackets (which are based on school uniforms in some Asian countries). BTW you can actually purchase their white hoodie they are wearing in this video. I ordered one LOL

Thanks for your reaction! First off, you CAN purchase the hoodie (it only comes in grey - they only made six white ones, I guess)! They are available online after May 10. The themes of the song follow the concept of Beautiful Beautiful, and is aptly a repackaging, with musical and visual references to the other song, e.g., the intro is a reworking of the Beautiful Beautiful hook, and one of the moves in the dance was straight out of the Beautiful Beautiful choreography. I think your noticing that they are in quarantine was the key insight relating to the theme, and so appropriate to our current situation: even if others want to put limits on us, we can and must still dance (In the Korean, the title simply means 'let's dance')! The song urges us to dance in our own style, regardless of what others think, even if it's 'ugly' - "Everybody feel the beat and move your soul!"

ITS FOR SALE SOON!! But it will be grey. ONF came to SLAY this cb🔥🔥!!! WM doesn’t mess around when it comes to ONFs concept and Music Videos. Beautiful Beautiful was worked on by the Avengers CGI team and Ugly Dance is the Worlds first video to be 99% filmed with a robot arm. J-US 6:57 , the OFF Team Leader, said in other MVs they would usually rest while the other members would solo film, but this time it was filmed all together with just dancing and staying at their places till the camera save it. Literally just have to wait in the same spot as the camera was processed, programmed, and saved. 16 hours of continuous filming and Dancing!!! They only sat for mealtime! At some point E-Tion 10:02 (mint hair) lost all the strength in his legs and they just gave out!! 10:06 this is a direct reference to the Beautiful Beautiful mv - it’s like they are making fun of themselves or their alternate selves 😶 Even their facial expressions change when their outfits change from black to white. Maybe this is 2 timelines converging.🤷🏻‍♀️

I liked that you are trying to connect the storyline, as new fuse myself, im also cracking my brain.. my thoughts are, these song & performance has very little connection w/ the storyline except for the intro, just ONF being ONF, breaking trends and standards of the idol music industry and dancing to the beats regardless if others say its ugly. Or also, as you said, it is very relevant w/ the quarantine situations, thus they are dancing in the same space throughout the video, idk You must check the lyrics to see the positive message of the song
