This one hosted by the Philippines was for the Southeast Asian Games (limited to Southeast Asia) or members of the ASEAN nations (Association of Southeast Asian Nations). Manny Pacquiao is actually crap as a politician that's why even Filipinos hates him and why he's being told to keep away from politics. He's the senator with the highest absentee rate and lowest number of bills passed. He also doesn't have much educational background on politics and his college diploma is very questionable since it doesn't meet the Commision on Higher Education (CHEd) standards. He is actually running for presidency despite all of that.. Also, that "cauldron" for the torch got lots of issues. The government spent 50 million pesos on it and it was basically just a single-use thing. It's probably rusting away now.
