btw the cheesecake here in New Zealand/Australia or UK is mainly non-bake, in fact I've rarely come across a bakery that sells slices of baked cheesecake since non-baked is by a mile more popular. so when someone here says cheesecake, we always think non bake because its more likely to not get expired; offcourse steph isn't wrong for thinking that the default here would be baked...dont get why people were arguing with her about it.
