These malls typically house banks, grocery stores, medical clinics, furniture stores, cinemas, laundromats, pharmacies, bottle stores, food courts, and children's play areas, catering to all essential needs. This concept of a one-stop shop is often lacking in many Western countries. Even in rural areas of South Africa, one can find conveniently located malls, some of which even feature car dealerships.

Did you know that Cape Town is a city that lies right between where two oceans meet? The Indian Ocean to the East is warm and the Atlantic ocean to the West is cold. You can literally feel the differences in water temperature and tell which ocean you are dipping your toes in.

One of the most insane homes in Joburg is Palazzo Steyn. It's owned by insurance business titan Douw Steyn at his residential estate called Steyn City. The place is not everyone's cup of tea, but mine blowing nonetheless.

The infrastructurec in South Africa rivals any first world country. SA easily competes with first world western countries and those views are not just in Cape Town. You get the same in Cape st Francis Bay, Ballito and Umhlanga in Durban, Nahoon mouth in East London, Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth, Winterstrand, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay. So many ciries and towns have the exact same houses and views. Its just that Cape Town is the most marketed internationally. Check out all those places in 4k. Follw the KZbinrs from Germany and the US whi live in SA and see what they say about the country. 1. Living on SATV. German expat 2. The Real South Africa African Americans 3. The Jones family AA expats 4. And check out all and every African American living in SA, there are plenty of them on youtube. There are currently 20 000 Americans who now live in SA and over the years we have seen a growing number of AAs.

I don't know how you can react to this opulent residential luxury without commenting on the fact that these European mansions were established on the backs of the indigenous African exploitation. For context you should remind the viewer of how these Europeans historically settled in South Africa and then juxtapose the European's mansions to the shanty accommodation that over 70% of the indigenous South Africans have to endure. SMDH. I rock with Julius Malema and his EFF party who advocate for land repossession without compensation.
