If one understands the lyrics, it makes the song and the performance even more impressive. Not only there are beautiful wordplays, but also the way she chooses to sing certain parts is connected to the lyrics she is singing at the time, not to mention the parts she lets the audience sing is also connected to the lyrics themselves. First of all, thank you very much for your sincere and natural reactions. You're really my favourite. Şebnem Ferah is an excellent songwriter and rock singer. She has a unique voice. How many singers are there whose live performance is better than her studio recording? She is also a very humble person. Really a queen. If there's one reason why such an extraordinary singer has so little views and isn't world-famous, it's because she doesn't advertise and may be because of foreign language. To me, there is no other explanation. Anyway... I want to suggest you another song of her and it is one of the most beautiful songs. Again a legendary interpretation from the same concert in 2007 . If you delve deeper into Şebnem’s songs, both live and studio performances, you’ll quickly realize that comparing Şebnem and Amy (both of whom are great singers) is not a fair comparison. In terms of range, tone, texture, and many other aspects-especially in live performances-comparing them is like comparing Aretha Franklin to Ariana Grande. Şebnem is far more well-rounded, and she is musically and technically educated to a much higher degree. Is Amy bad? Absolutely not. To put it simply, if both were to walk through the doors of a music school, Şebnem would be the teacher, and Amy would be the student.

Comparing Amy Lee and Shebo is like comparing a corporal and a captain in army. I understand that both voices are so strong and you are right, but Shebo's music quality and interaction with audience is much more sincere and professional. Shebo fondles the emotions of her fans and exhilarates them at the top level. As fans of Shebo, we feel that we are in a different galaxy while listening her in her concerts. Let me tell you a story. As you know, Evanescence is a product of Atlantic Records. Ahmet Ertegün, owner of Atlantic Records, as we all know, made an album offer to Şebnem Ferah years before the Evanescence incident. They started to work, but in 1999 there was an earthquake in Turkey and Sebnem lost her father. Şebnem withdrew from the project and Atlantic records found Evanescence 2 years later.
