Nah, not really. the only gangs that are from Africa that are abroad are with Somali etc. The gang activity actually started in the UK ( with 28's, yardies etc) for most of the children of African immigrants let's face it were traditionally on their study grind before the access to quick money was presented by gangs and drug dealing to younger and younger people. As someone who lives in London, this stuff is so messed up but unfortunately it happens all the time. There are multiple gangs all over London and there have been many stabbings in the past few years on my street. It's so sad because so many boys get pressured into it at such a young age and when they give in to that peer pressure and get involved with this stuff things can get really bad for them, family and friends.
