The Kaaba is the House of the Almighty on earth, especially exalted by Allah. This is the first house built on our planet, serving as a sign that Allah is One. A special difference of this house is that it was built by the father of the prophets, the most worthy after Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), - the prophet Ibrahim and his son the prophet Ismail (peace be upon them).

Well, Kaba were built before the flood of Noah. Destroyed by the flood but the foundation were still there, only the walls were down. Ibrahim and Ismail pbut rebuilt the walls and Ibrahim placed the Black stone in its place. The walls were destroyed again in the time of the prophet Muhammad pbuh and rebuilt again. The prophet Muhammad pbuh was the man who placed the Black stone again in its place with his own hands.

Prophet Adam built the Kaba but over many centuries it fell into disrepair , to be rebuilt by Prophet Abraham and his son Ishmael. Whether the Kaaba was built by Prophet Adam or not, but all Musim agree that the Kaaba was either built or rebuilt by Prophet Abraham. The Quraysh tribe, who ruled Mecca, then rebuilt the pre-Islamic Kaaba, decorated it with idols before Prophet Muhammad purified/cleansed Kaabah by breaking all the idols, returning the shrine to the monotheism of Abraham as it should be.

Angels cannot recite the Quran, except Angel Gabriel, that’s why when human recite it they gather around to listen to them. So I don’t believe that it was Angels reciting Quran. It was people’s assumptions.

On the other hand, the answer to your question is - The Ka'aba was built by Abraham (PBUH). It's a symbolic representation of Allah Almighty's house on earth. Muslims face towards it while praying as ordered by the Almighty in the Holy Quran.

You need to understand the we do not worship the kaaba as hadeeth say ‘I saw Umar ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, kissing the stone - meaning the lions - and saying: “I know that you are a stone that neither benefits nor harms, and if I had not seen the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, kiss you, I would not have kissed you.”

The question is if this incident was true, why the creator allowed to people to hear that recitation?. That's highly unlikely to happen. Sometimes we can say it cauld be one incident in 1000 years. bro astaghfirullah it's not your business to say or judge, the word of Allah is reaching their ears thats more than enough, you can't force Islam on anyone it literally says there is no compulsion in religion in the Quran so how can you know whats in their hearts? Kaaba has been around from the time of Hazrat Adam (AS) peace be upon him. Its the first place of worship that was made on this earth for the worship of one true God. It was made before any temple, shrine, mosque, church or any other place designated to worship in. It was made and destroyed many times throughout the history.
