What not one person has said, so I will, I have the same truck, that camper puts this truck OVERCAPACITY, the pin weight on that trailer is close to 2400lbs, place a husband and wife in the truck, cooler with ice/food, and all your stuff and with a dry trailer you're over cargo capacity plain and simple, my 5th wheel has only 1492 pin weight when dry, with us being fully loaded and ready to camp, at a cat scale we are only 176 lbs under capacity, we have no bedroom slide, trailer in video does, major differences in pin weight. This trailer is a minimum 1ton srw truck. Why people think a f250 can do anything is BEYOND me

Anyone else notice he says it reduces the sag of the rear end but yet the jacks are down and when the truck was actually sagging they were up?

LOL! It looks like the jacks might be touching. Cant really tell. I will vouch for those Timbrens though. I am maxed out with payload on my F-150 towing my 8000 lb trailer w/ 1200 lb tongue weight (before loading) and with Timbrens, my rear end has zero sag. Would be a bit ugly without them. Weight Distribution Hitch certainly helps but does not eliminate sag. (F-250 6.7 on order!!)

The before and after example with the rear-end sag, the support legs where down to the ground on the after pick. Just saying, still a good video, with good info. Good luck, and be safe.

Refer to a towing guide for the specific truck you plan to tow with. Look up each one of the products shown in this video to find the shipping weight. Add the weights together and subtract them from the cargo limit printed on the inside of the driver's door pillar. (Family members, pets, coffee cups, and etc. add weight too and need to be considered)

I am agreeing with some replies as to the payload capacity of this truck vs the 5th wheel it is slated to tow. Cant imagine this short bed F-250 is up to the task. I have a 2022 6.7 Diesel on order and I would not even match it to a 40plus foot 5th wheel. Gonna be sittin heavy on those Timbrens!! And good luck with the gas mileage with Godzilla. You will wish you had the Powerstroke after a couple tows!! I like the Floormats, window defectors and entry non skid though!

It’ll be just fine. Too many number nancies in this thread. What this guy gives up in fuel economy only while towing he’ll Make up for when it comes time to fill up at the pump and change his oil and not have to worry about def and any of the components DPF comes with.

Tell your buddy! I recommend the S&B cold air intake and the super 44 flowmaster exhaust system resonator delete 3-in system 5 inch exhaust tip for his 7.3 v8 no drone towing

The Truck is way overloaded with the F250, especially on payload. You have to go to the 11,400 GVWR and long bed to get approx, 4000lbs of payload, then it would be better.

That truck is rated for like 20,000 fifth towing same as the powerstroke ya number Nancy

@@alexmuela92 If you look at Ford specs this Truck only has a Towing capability in the 12,000 range unless it has the 4.30 gears then it jumps to about 15,000. This truck towing that 5er is over the ratings in towing and payload.

2016 F250 vs 350 with 6.7, same body same frame same rear axle, only difference is leaf springs on 250 rated at 2700lbs on 350 3600lbs oh and GVRW on sticker

The specs of the F250 do not even get close to capability necessary to tow a 43 foot fifth wheel. The hitch weight on that fifth wheel is close to 3000 pounds and there’s not an F250 out there with more than 2000 pounds and payload minus occupants and luggage. So I think you need to be cautious putting together a video like this and recommending such activities. If they pull that fifth wheel and have an accident their insurance company is liable to deny the claim based on being over payload capability

That is true about the Insurance! However the tow rating numbers mean nothing with things like overloads or air bags and enough power to pull it!

Yes the Insurance can deny a claim because it’s underrated but the breaks transmissions frame are the same in a f250-350 SRW only difference is the spring ratting.

You do realize the before an after of the timbren bump stops, the full weight was on the truck then when yall showed the tembren yall had the trailer on the jacks....

Those $1,000 tires you mentioned are now $1,500. 44’ trailer is way too big for this truck. Don’t understand anyone bad mouthing the 6.7 turbo diesel. People whine about the $10,000 more for the diesel but I’m telling you it’s worth every penny. I think the whiners are just envious. 1050 ft lbs of torque. Boom! Towing out West is a breeze. My 2021 Lariat is an incredible truck. I did the S&B air intake as well as their cold side pipe upgrade. Also Weather Tech mats, Back-Flip bed cover and Cargo Glide bed slide. At my age this makes using the bed much easier and we don’t tow a 5th wheel. Next upgrades will be some power goodies from Banks and their awesome looking diff cover. Then I’m done.

And people dont do their homework! Godzilla is a $2000 upgrade itself which puts the Diesel upgrade in the $8000s. Their asses are gonna pucker when they see their Gallons per Mile!! Cant wait for my new F-250 6.7!! I'll wave to them when I pass them at the pump!!

Great video and congrats to Justin for his new F-250 truck with 7.3 Godzilla. That's exactly my rig I'm dreaming about. The gasser uses more fuel compared to the diesel engine but for almost $11,000 extra cost for the diesel engine you get a lot of gas ;-) Justin, be curious about the MPG you achieve with your rig. Please, let me know it. Enjoy your vacation.

NOT! Why do people always forget that the Godzilla itself is a $2000+ upgrade?? Stock motor is a 6.2 Gas. $10,495 - $2045 = $8,450 difference. MPG + Resale + Durability + Torque = Worth Every Penny!

I purchased open box fender flares only because they were described as "like new." They are not like new, one is warped and does not sit flush against the vehicle. And now I can only get a store credit because it was an open box. I will not do business again with a garbage company that misleads its customers.

I have a 20 f250 6.2 and tow my 20 pinnacle 15,500 no problem could probably use 7.3
