Hi, H4 EAD extension approval and H4 extension approval takes minimum 3-5 months now . I applied in 1st week Jan and within 2 weeks asked to come for Biometrics, and got approved in last week of March just after lockdown.It depends upon each applicant. But minimum 3-5 months . Since everything is closed don’t know how long it is going to take now. Some of my known friends approval has taken around 5 months, even before lockdown. First apply for H1 B extension and H4 extension. Then apply for H4 EAD .

You have to apply H4 EAD by yourself. Company doesn’t do anything. But when you are applying for H1B extension and H4 extension, company provides an attorney. You can use their service for H4 EAD also . But fees for H4 EAD filing you have to pay, company will not pay. You can also apply yourself without attorney, it is a easy process. But with current situations better to use an attorney for faster process

Bro , once u became USA citizen u can sponsor h2-A visa for agricultural workers... which is the temporary visa Even though u get I140 , green card will be issued by the priority date... so it could be 20 years or more than that for indian 🙁🙁🙁
