Rich did that sound, what was result of "Can't Nobody" by Kelly Rowland and later "Crazy in Love" by Beyoncé. Amerie came out later because of obstacles with the label. She has a son (maybe more than one kid, not sure), a hubby, and she has a book club. She graduated Georgetown with a degree in English (which she earnedin the early 2000s before she launched her music career or around the same time). She still performs at festivals too. I'm glad Amerie had a deal because most times the one they steal from don't even get anything close to that. Mfs kept stealing that shit too.I was hella frustrated and irritated to find that all this was in fact true.. The person was my homeboy who this artist stole from. He literally AINT famous right now and should be. He should really be, but he aint. I won't say the artist, but all I'll say is he got a bomb voice from the 2000's & he sing jazz r&b, mostly always has on a hat or doo rag. Shit I don't think I ever seen his damn head without something on it. He's one of the best. That signature style was ripped from my homie though. No wonder I loved it so much. The artist was dialing right into one of the talents I grew up with. Of course drugs be involved too sometimes(often times). Other factors play a part as well, but essentially this is exactly what they do. Gotta protect your talent among them if you have it. It's a ton of snakes who don't mind biting at all.
