That’s a model house .. not their house. Same like Hyderabad .. if you go to big builder like aparna or prestige they show you a model house this is similar to that. What they purchase is completely different do not get deceived with this video

How about the closing costs andi? Will there be any difference in the closing costs between going with regular bank and preferred lender?

Depends andi.. try to bargain from different lenders. Get best quotes possible including the closing costs. Some prices varies from lender to lender. Some prices we can not avoid. But look which is best for you on overall cost, interest, closing points etc…

If you go with builder closing costs you get incentives but if you go with outside lender.. you get cheaper interest prices but no incentives
