partiality and favouritism are to the core among indians setting aside one's efficiency..........in north india, south indians are given tough work, they extract maximum work from them and payment is made according to the whims and fancies of private managements........in govt offices, above practice is followed and services of low and middle management levels are denigrated........their regional persons are favoured openly, however inefficient they may be.............on the other hand, t.n. people surrender to them even in their own state and discriminate their own people in the name of their castes ............this policy is extended in u.s. also by tamilians......."thinking u.s.a. is also like t.n." some indian reserved caste persons particularly our great tamilians try to overthrow socalled indian upper caste persons out of power ................but in u.s. only efficiency is taken into consideration "and not indian caste systems" ................finally, the troubleshooters are terminated irrespective of "our" colour caste or creed.................this is what exactly happening in u.s. and not as per the report of our t.n. ""false"" medias............among our southern people also regional affinity is more but caste aversion is more among tamilians........majority of tamilians in u.s. are brahmans and practically they mind their own business, earn money and settle well in life without involving in any bickering t.n. politics......above all, any efficient person in the fields of yoga, bharat natyam, carnatic & hindustani music, vegetarian cooking and prohitham can make very good money in u.s.
