Good Hose Reel but if you need a belt you are out of Luck. The belt is not a replacement part. I am referencing the metal cabinet model 2519100 Hose Reel Cabinet.

The bottom cross member is upside down on this video. The pockets should be hidden, I assume.

I just assembled mine. The cross members are labeled "L" & "R", and the top cross member will fit only one way. The video does it correctly. I did it the same way as rcaguy100, amd it was almost a breeze. We'll see about its longevity.

Ames changed the part 04:19 into the plastic to cut cost and now is always leak. I have to exchange the whole reel. It is not supposed to be a made in USA product.

Have a metal one and wheel is locked. Absolutely will not break free! Useless and Ames support have no clue what to do! Suggestion?

Suncast is a better product. Years a go my suncast lasted 15 years before i needed to touch it. This one just 2 years and now i am on the internet trying to find parts to fix this piece of s@#t.

@@Ajai11 It's an even greater waster of time fixing these throw away made to last one season items. I paid $178 for an Eley. Thought I''d never be crazy enough to pay such a price until I realized it cost $80 minimum for a metal one that probably last a few years.
