Same AMF plant as ours in UK. but this looks 100% cleaner, and more efficient.I would like to know where in China this plant is, so can arrange a visit.Like the idea of the hold back system , on the zig_zag boards, just before the dough balls get to load into the pre-proofer cups.Nice plant.Graham (Taishan)
