I'm not the person in the video but belts are often used to accentuate your waist/curves or to create a waist/curves. I'm pretty sure you place the belt at the smallest part of your waist to accentuate it - if you want to accentuate your bust you put the belt underneath your bustline.

Hoping the same thing!! I tried on some boots at Payless and they just were a pain to get pulled up. Granted, I could wear leggings versus jeans, but I love how brown boots look with jeans. I have to get some more leggings too - want some thicker ones for the cold. Thanks for the response!

Hey girl! Love your videos!! Was wondering if you can help me on how to wear wide belts for a non-skinny person. I am 5'4" and I do not have much curves ( i see myself and a rule boy time), but I am somewhat thick on my mid section. I would love to wear a wide belt, but I do not know how. Can you help me?? The dress is rouched and very strectchy... I had it pulled up higher for the leggings look but would deff pull it down longer if I took the leggings off!! :)
