I follow the instructions as shown but still can not turn on the zone 1 and 2

Dear customer, This video show the Amico+ controller that have only 1 zone. If you are an Amico+2 (with 2 zones) and can not turn the zone 1 and 2, you can do the follow procedure: 1. Check if the batteries are charged and installed correctly; 2. Close the tap and make a manual irrigation from the controller for both zones; 3. Open the tap and make a second manual irrigation from the controller for zone 1 and 2. We remain at your complete disposal for further clarification and support.
