I'm from Sudan and there's no full English version... But I can tell you that they were speaking about the Sudanese revolution which started at Dec-2018. They were speaking in English and Arabic to make sure that the entire world will know

Thank you very much guys for taking the time to review the sudan cypher all of the artists who participated in there they"re all well known in sudan. Which is north east africa a country with a great history from the kindom of kush to the nubian kingdom and so on. On some verses ya see dem rapping in a mix of english and arabic to showcase the true talent in which an artist can express himself in more than a language to make it easier to touch people in different places in the world in and out sudan so we have that kind of mix in sudan which we enjoy alot actually. Which is true, as the people of Sudan were able to end a brutal 30 year long dictatorship, protesting peacefully and taking bullets for what they believed in and what they deserve. Freedom, peace and justice. Unfortunately, and as I am writing this today 30 Dec 2021, the military and its militias are still trying to steal people's revolution, so people are out protesting again and getting killed by the military, police and security forces again.. But as I know my people, there is no other way but to give them what they want and what they deserve (freedom, peace and justice). Otherwise, it's revolution for ever. People are the power..the revolution continues✌

You can ask them to wrap in full English you would lost the true meaning between blending Arabic words in English to get the full meaning of the entire song you'll be sorry so if you want to flow in English the rhyme is going to be different for the reproduction of everything so you must know the Arabic to understand the full meaning of the song but I think you know these English rappers are capable to perform the international stage Arabic and English.
