I bought an A600 for my son for Christmas 1992 from Comet, it was the last one they had in stock and I had to travel to Falkirk to pick it up as no other branch had any and weren't expecting any more. He recently gave me his A1200 which was in a worse state than the one Neil sent you by a country mile, I had to recap it, fit a new SD to IDE adapter, new case and new keys plus a shiny new badge and a Gotek; if he thinks that he's getting it back he can f**k off! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Having never owned an Amiga, the A600 is definitely the most appealing to me. I love the form factor. It's just a bit more compact than all the other models. Ideal imo.

I got one of these for xmas 92. It was so cool as it was my first Amiga, having played A500's around friend houses. Only downside was that the chipset couldn't handle some of my fav games like Supercars 2.

I’m a fan of the anti static. I received a monitor recently packed in the most static producing bubble wrap I have ever experienced. Every hair was standing on end as I tried to gently remove it. It was actually painful! I can’t believe it didn’t damage the display; probably because it is built like a tank and very well shielded (Sony).
